    The service was outstanding, the breakfast was wonderful and delicious. Our deluxe villa was large with spectacular views and amazing showers, as example. The hotel's location was peaceful, very close to the most well regarded restaurants in Queenstown and the lake and mountains and the downtown area.

    really good service
    amazing views
    limited dining
    confusing switches

    From skeptic to believer

    Really good service transformed my stay! The cosy, luxurious villa offered amazing views, and every detail was attended to. Afternoon tea delivered right to my door was just the cherry on top!

    The lack of dining options was noticeable-more variety for meals would enhance the experience. It felt a bit tedious figuring out the light switches, which could use some improvement.

    private villa
    confusing switches
    slow dining

    Gorgeous private villa, fine views across the lake, spacious rooms with heated floors.

    I found the light switches infuriatingly confusing!!! Dining options could definitely use a streamlined process, especially for takeout ordering. A bit more attention to detail in room cleanliness would enhance the experience!!!

    attentive staff
    good tea
    dinner wait

    The villa is a dreamy escape overlooking the fine Lake Wakatipu! The staff were attentive, offering seamless shuttle service into town whenever needed. Afternoon tea in our room was a good touch, enhancing our experience.

    The waiting time for dinner could be improved, as we experienced delays during both visits.
